me: hehe, ye ke??? aku pulak mmg jenis xleh mkn coklat sgt..takpelah, kalu mcm tuh lepas nih ko bolehla amik perisa coklat je.ok jeh..
NH: pastu, seluar keje aku pun dah boleh muat..
me: ek? yeaaa, besnyeeee!! knape, sebelum ni xleh pakai ke?
NH: hehe, dulu boleh tapi takleh bernapas..pastu aku try balik, muat pulak..aku macam biarrr betul!
me:hehehe, best2..ko dah sebulan ke eh?
NH: belum lagi..nx monday cukup sebulan..skarang kira 3rd week

while some struggle to lose weight, there are people who actually struggle to gain weight. i find it erm, scary to hear stories of how they try to put on kg's-binge on chocs and other fattening food, sleep after every meals etc. dont we think it's a bit too much and dangerous-feeding our body with unnecessary fat and risking your general health with high 'bad' cholesterol? why dont we do it right by providing our body with the right meals, so that in return it can work BETTER in absorbing nutritions? common sense, isnt it? not only you have taste of shakes after meals, you are taking care of your health at the same time by giving necessary supplements. do it smart;)
