Do it right, do it wise..

my good fren is about to start her internship soon. being a busy-bee in the hospital is a tiring job, no one can deny that. so she sent me this question

yatt, ade soalan.. aku nih dah memang kering (i'm underweight) tapi macam interested to get a better nutrition supply.. especially the one that can make me still being energetic despite of long hours of working.. can herbalife do that? aku tanak le bertambah kering, nak tambah berat badan pon tak bejaya lagik..

and my reply to her?

i am not saying this because i am the distributor but as a friend. i know how long hours can do to anyone..feeling burnt out and lacking energy. you can be soo tired to even find your own meals, be it from the mamak stall or cook it yourself. you end up nutrition-deprived, more tired because of no energy and the circle goes on and on.

why?

because they think chocolate-bingeing or high-cholesterol-and-fat diet will help them to put on weight. well, maybe it does to some but how healthy is that?? can you imagine your body is stuffed with all the unhealthy junkies and do nothing for your energy and general wellbeing?

my suggestion: give yourself good cellular nutrition with the shakes and boost up the energy with teamix. it could never go wrong!
