Fasting and HL..

=D it's sooo nice to be able to share stories with my wellness buddies about their HL experience. i really agree with her, HL makes life so much easier. i have my experience fasting with HL as well, heaven. woke up and spend 5 mins with my shakes and i was done with sahur. to those who's planning to fast with HL, here's the deal

sahur: 500ml shakes
berbuka: 500ml teamix +normal meal
in between: 500ml plain water/teamix (if u tend to stay awake after teamix, better drink plain water instead)
before sleep: 500ml shakes

because the nutritional shakes contain all the nutrition your body need, that explain longer satiety..as for the teamix, hydration is vital as you've lost a lot during the day. try it yourself and you'll experience the difference;)
