Lose weight: 1 normal meal (nasi/mee/roti/pasta etc) and replace 2 meals with nutritional shakes every day.
Gain weight: Drink nutritional shakes after every meals (nasi/roti/mee/pasta etc)
Maintenance: 2 normal meals (nasi/mee/roti/pasta etc) and replace 1 meal with nutritional shakes.
so, tak nampak tang mane yang tak boleh makan nasi kalu amik HL =)
2. Takutla kalu dah berhenti HL nanti berat naik balik?

cheers, you need to be compliant first to see the GREAT results. with consistency and positive attitude, your dream weight/inches/sizes will come your way, with added bonus of better energy and health. you really have got nothing to lose with HL. how did i assure consistency? i take it as a challenge to myself. so you can do the same; if 50 million people can do it then why not me?
