The tips & tricks...

like what i've been emailing my wellness buddies...

1. Believe in yourself
Nothing's gonna be more helpful in changing your life with HL than keeping a positive mind & attitude (i dont really fancy the phrase 'lose weight/inches' anymore cos i know HL does more than that) about yourself and the effort. If you do not keep a good faith in yourself, nobody will! So, instead of saying 'ermmm, what if it only works for others but not me?' CHANGE IT TO 'well, if it works for others why not me?' challenge yourself, prove it!

2. Counter-attacks the cravings or big appetite
Before you succumb to the tempation, drink at least 500ml of plain water(better still, with teamix). Heh, there's a high chance that you're actually thirsty and not hungry. oh oh, if you still fail to let go the temptation..remember, there's always another time to eat so do it moderately.hiks;) or maybe you could start changing to healthy snacking-fresh fruits, some nuts or muesli bar.

3.Plenty of water
yup, as much as 2L per day is our daily requirement. It could be from drinks, soup, fruits but the best one is still plain water. To flush out the toxins, better cell functions and good hydration.

4.Get yourself a mentor
If makes a difference, i believe so. Especially to those who are likely to bounce back to the old habit. That's why HL is not available in the shop because without someone to monitor your progress and lift up your motivation, the products may stay forever in the kitchen cabinet ;)

5.Do it right
I believe the reason people fail to progress is because they dont follow the routine correctly. If you drink shakes twice +1 normal meal daily to lose weight; shakes once daily +2 normal meals for weight maintenance/wellness; shakes twice daily after meal to gain weight; great results are yours!

6.Test your creativity
Dont get stuck with only one taste or flavour. Variety of taste will keep boredom away.. That's why i always suggest vanilla shakes for a beginner becos it can be turned into different yummylicious shakes....love it! my personal preference would be chocs+oats shakes for breakfast fruity-vanilla shakes for dinner. special message to those in Msia, add a few cubes of ices for a significantly better-tasting shakes !!

7.Know the products well..
Its CELLULAR NUTRITION is something everyone should understand and to the HL consumers, to be PROUD OF!
