I have a challenge to pose to my wellness buddies (and you, fellow reader);

When my sister first started on HL 6 months ago, she weighed 87kg. A few days ago, she's back for her holiday and jumped on the weighing scale. Guess what, the number is 74.7kg now! so she had lost 13kg ( and a lot more of body size)...she could not believe it herself!!!
